This Privacy Policy explains how Tber OÜ (“we,” “us,” or “our”)
handles information when you play the Longnose mobile game (the “Game”).

1. Information stored on your device

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device so that it can remember your progress
and preferences. This may include scores, collected bones, unlocked dogs or rewards, achievements,
mission progress, selected character, and sound or gameplay settings.
This locally stored information is not sent to us. It normally remains on your device until you reset the
Game’s progress, clear the applicable app data, or delete the Game.

2. Apple Game Center

If you use Apple Game Center features, such as leaderboards or achievements, Apple may process
information including your Game Center player identifier, player name or alias, scores, achievements,
and related gameplay activity. The Game uses only the Game Center information necessary to provide
those features.
Game Center is operated by Apple, and Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s own
privacy terms. You can manage Game Center through your Apple device settings.

3. TestFlight beta testing

If you test the Game through Apple TestFlight, Apple may provide us with beta-testing information such
as crash logs, device and operating-system details, usage or performance diagnostics, and feedback that
you choose to submit (which may include comments or screenshots). We use this information only to
test, diagnose, secure, and improve the Game.
Apple operates TestFlight and processes beta-testing information under its own terms and privacy
policy.

4. Information we do not collect through the Game

The current version of Longnose does not use developer-operated systems to collect:
This includes location; contacts, photos, camera and microphone data; health, fitness, financial and
payment information; advertising identifiers and cross-app tracking data; and account credentials. The
Game does not offer developer-operated accounts or collect data for third-party advertising or sale.

5. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by Apple when you use
Apple services such as Game Center, the App Store, or TestFlight. We may also disclose information if
required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer, to the extent
permitted by applicable law.

6. Data retention and your choices

Local gameplay data is retained on your device as described above. Game Center, App Store, and
TestFlight information is retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies. You may manage those services
through your Apple account and device settings. You may remove the Game’s local data by using any in-
game reset option provided or by deleting the Game.
Because we do not receive normal local gameplay data, we generally cannot identify, access, export, or
delete it remotely. If you contact us about privacy, we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Children’s privacy

Longnose is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information
directly from children through developer-operated accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Apple
services used with the Game are governed by Apple’s terms and any parental controls associated with
the player’s Apple account. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please
contact us.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information handled by the Game. No
electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, applicable law, or our practices change. We will post
the revised policy and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through
the Game or its store listing when appropriate.
