PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: 07.09.2026

Crazy Poker Clock is designed to work without advertising, behavioral tracking, or developer-operated analytics. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

1. Information stored on your device

Crazy Poker Clock can store tournament settings, blind structures, player names entered by you, seating assignments, tournament progress, results, payouts, bounties, and app preferences. This information is stored locally on your device so tournaments can be resumed and reviewed. The developer does not receive this tournament information through the app.

You can erase locally stored tournament information using Settings > Erase Local Tournament Data. Removing the app also removes its locally stored app data, subject to normal Apple device-backup and restore behavior.

2. Purchases

Crazy Poker Clock may offer a one-time Pro purchase. Apple processes payments and purchase entitlements through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive your full payment-card information. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

3. Live Activities and device features

If enabled, the app provides tournament timer information to Apple’s Live Activities system for display on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. The app may also use system-provided sound, speech, and haptic features. These features do not send tournament information to the developer.

4. Information you choose to share

The app can create tournament summaries, structure files, diagnostics, and result exports. Information leaves the app only when you intentionally use an export or Share action and choose a destination. Tournament exports may contain player names or tournament details. Diagnostic reports are designed not to contain player names or tournament names.

5. Tracking, advertising, and analytics

The current version does not use advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics. The app does not sell personal information.

6. Network access

App Store purchase and entitlement operations communicate with Apple. The current version does not operate a developer server for tournament data.

7. Data retention and deletion

Tournament information remains on the device until you delete it in the app, replace it through normal app use, or remove the app. App Store purchase records and entitlement information are controlled by Apple and are not deleted by the app’s local-data deletion feature.

8. Children

Crazy Poker Clock is a utility for organizing poker games and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

The app relies on Apple’s platform security and stores tournament information using local app storage. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect access to your device using the security features available in iOS or iPadOS.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the beginning of the policy will be revised when an updated policy is published.

11. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@tber.ee. Website: https://tber.ee/cracy-poker-clock-privacy-policy/. Postal contact: Estonia.
